Cancelling An Appointment
Many appointments are wasted because patients fail to cancel one they have made either days or weeks ago or even on
the same day. This is unfortunate as it can prevents patients who genuinely need to be seen by a doctor or nurse as
soon as they might wish.
Patients can and should cancel their appointment if not required by telephone although we realise that sometimes the
switchboard is busy and it takes time to get connected.
For that reason we have set up this page as another way to cancel an unnecessary appointment. Messages will be
checked once or twice a day, Monday to Friday. If you find it more convenient, please use this method and
"free-up" the appointments system. This will benefit everyone.
