If you have not got a WHITE repeat prescription order form with the particular item you want on it, you cannot use this link to request it


By and large, e-mail prescription requests are logged first thing in the morning (Monday to Friday) and should be ready for collection after 2 working days at 5:30pm.

We suggest you ensure that you order in good time before you run out of supplies.

Certain medications cannot be ordered this way:

  • Warfarin. We need to see your hospital INR anticoagulant booklet
  • Diazepam and related preparations
  • Controlled Drugs (prescriptions written by "hand" or with items marked "CD")
  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
  • The Contraceptive Pill
  • Medication where the number of renewals has expired
  • Medication that has not been requested for a long time
  • *** Medication not on your repeat prescription order form ***

The surgery will be closed for staff training from 1pm Wednesday 1th October until 8am Thursday 2nd October 2008.
Please ensure that you allow for this closure when ordering your prescription.


If you qualify, and are currently registered at this Practice, then you can get your FREE flu jab at our Saturday morning clinic on 11th October 2008. Opening hours are approximately 8:30am-11:30am.

Note that we can only administer flu jabs to those patients currently registered at the Practice AND who are in one of the risk groups listed below.

  • Aged 65 years or over on 31st March 2009
  • Main carer of an elderly or disabled person
  • Immunosuppression due to disease or treatment
  • Living long-stay in a residential home (NOT prison or student hall of residence)
  • Suffer from a chronic illness or disease:
    • Respiratory
    • Renal
    • Heart
    • Neurological (e.g. Stroke or TIA)
    • Liver
    • Diabetes

You cannot designate a chemist to collect your prescription until you fill out a registration form, available from that chemist.
