Online Prescriptions
If you have not got a WHITE repeat prescription order
form with the particular item you want on it, you cannot use the link below to request it.
By and large, e-mail prescription requests are logged first thing in the morning (Monday to Friday) and
should be ready for collection after 2 full working
days at 5:30pm.
We suggest you ensure that you order in good time before you run out of supplies, in particular if there
are Bank Holidays as your pharmacist may also be closed.
Certain medications cannot be ordered this way:
- Warfarin. We need to see your hospital INR anticoagulant booklet
- Diazepam and related preparations
- Controlled Drugs (prescriptions written by "hand" or with items marked "CD")
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

- The Contraceptive Pill
- Medication where the number of renewals has expired
- Medication that has not been requested for a long time
