WHATEVER THE REASON, IT IS OUTSIDE THE CONTROL OF THE SURGERY.
If you are trying to order a repeat prescription, you should try again in 24 hours by which time the fault ought to be repaired.
Alternatively, on this occasion, please come to the surgery and mention the problem at reception.
