Practice ManagerTracy May Tracy became the manager at Lister Medical Centre in 2000, replacing David Tregunno. Before joining this surgery, Tracy was the practice manager at Sydenham House. Prior to that Tracy worked at here at Lister House, so it was a pleasure to get her to rejoin us again. Full of ideas, Tracy will no doubt bring her experience to improve the service and practice at the surgery.
Assistant Practice ManagerGill Jackson Gill joined the Practice in 2007 having worked for the Harlow Primary Care Trust before it was absorbed into the West Essex PCT. She is now responsible for managing finance and salaries. Gill, in addition, manages the in-house physiotherapy and minor surgery waiting lists. Patients with problems regarding these lists should contact her. She is also responsible for covering the Practice Manager in her absence. Medical SecretariesYou should telephone the relevant secretary if you have a problem with such things as a repeat prescription query, hospital appointment problem, certificate, private medical request or hospital transport request. All secretaries will deal with prescription queries but it would be preferable to contact the secretary of your doctor, if possible. The secretaries are here 08:30-12:00 and 14:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

Reception ManagerPauline Dawes Pauline should be contacted if you have a query about your appointment or wish to comment or make a complaint about anything relating to your ability to contact the surgery through the switchboard, or with our reception staff.
