I was very anxious about my appointment, and mentioned I was . Greeted at door by friendly member of staff who sign posted me to a member of staff who escorted me to Dr room for my vaccination. This member of staff friendly and reassuring, she noticed I was anxious and nervous and calmed me by talking to me while I had a short wait . I was offered a glass of water by her . She was there when I came out to ask if I was ok . Really helpful for me. Thank you to the young lady , she deserves a medal for putting up with me . She understood I was very nervous.
