A Patient wanted to pass on positive feedback about the surgery: Patient came to register today because he had felt unwell and asked if he could see a Dr as he was worried. He got registered on the day, managed to book an appointment on the day and got to be seen on the day and he wanted to say a Big Thank you to Lister House and well done.

During my appointment today the Diabetes Practice Nurse was so kind and supportive. She was able to help with a new plan to help me. She gave me time and listened and helped me understand what I needed to do. I was feeling very low but afterwards felt much better. She is a real asset to the practice.

Very approachable and I felt I was being
listened to on all issues.
It’s a busy practice, so it’s sometimes difficult to obtain an appointment for routine matters. However, I have found the service to be very good, with very helpful, diligent and competent Doctors.
