Lister Medical centre has listened to patient feedback and whilst working with NHS guidance is looking to change its appointment booking processes.
We are currently in the development stage of a triage service, where the patient submits a request for an appointment via the website. The requests can be for both clinical and administrative support.
When you complete the form there will be simple prompts to complete to help us deal with your request as quickly as possible. These changes will help us to assess all requests and triage patients according to their specific need.
We will try to respond to your query on the same day but at our busier times, this could be within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, opening hours 8am to 6:30pm. If you are seriously unwell, call 111 or 999.
