Lister Medical Centre is a friendly, supportive, and well-established GMS practice located in a modern, purpose-built facility in Harlow. We pride ourselves on delivering traditional, patient-focused family medicine while embracing innovation and continuous development.

We serve approximately 20,000 patients and are supported by a dedicated team of 5 Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, an experienced nursing team, and a wide range of administrative professionals. As a recognised Training and Teaching Practice, we welcome GP trainees and Cambridge University students, and actively participate in clinical research.

Our practice consistently performs highly across QOF and Enhanced Services. With an innovative team structure and personal patient lists (averaging 2,500 per FTE GP), we offer a collaborative environment powered by the SystmOne clinical system. We’re active members of the local GP federation and ICB, contributing to broader healthcare initiatives in the region.

Located close to the M11/M25, London, Stansted Airport, and the scenic Essex/Hertfordshire countryside, we benefit from excellent transport links and outstanding schools nearby.
