Patient Participation Group

What is a Patient Participation Group?

We have a special group called the Patient Participation Group (PPG). It’s where patients and staff work together to make our GP surgery even better.

Our group is called Friends of Lister.

What Does the Group Do?

  • Shares ideas to help improve the surgery
  • Gives feedback on things like booking appointments
  • Helps make sure patients get great care
  • Talks about what matters to people in our community

About the Meetings

  • The group meets every few months at the surgery.
  • We talk about how things are going and what could be better.
  • Meeting notes (called minutes) are written down so everyone can see what was discussed.
  • You can read past meeting minutes on our website to see what we’ve talked about.
